Hand coloured engraved plates from Brisson's "Ornithologia," 1760.

The paper is thick creamy chain lined hand woven paper with strong plate marks and watermarks.

Leaf: 25.3 x 31.5 cm.

Fine  original hand colour.

Condition is very good with fold as issued. Folds skilfully flattened. Top margin uneven.
