Rare example of the famed Piemontese Palmaverde almanac. Although largely discarded in favour of the Calendario della Real Corte in 1774, copies continued to be published well into the 19th century. As well as astrological predictions, the work also provided a wealth of information on social, scientific and economic progress, in addition to the happenings at court, and religious and political circles.
