Engraved by Henry Moses after the original vase. Henry Moses (c.1782-1870), an engraver, who worked throughout the first half of the 19th. century, enjoying a great reputation for his outline plates, which are distinguished for the purity and correctness of the drawing. His art was peculiarly suited to the representation of sculpture and antiquities, and he published many sets of plates of that class.
